At the time, Fifth Frame Brewing Co. was a newer brewery in Rochester, N.Y. creating some really interesting beers (still do!). For this project I was given the expected flavor profile, and then asked to create a label for a new Double IPA named Carrier Waves. Where we ended up was this hazy landscape painting that hints at a post-apocalyptic scenario where the viewer is floating at sea, next to a buoy casting transmissions out into the world. #moodaf
